My Commitment
to District 4.
- I will govern, not manage. The Board sets direction, funds priorities, and holds the system accountable. I know the difference and I will never blur that line.
- I will show up in District 4 between board meetings, not just at them. Listening sessions, school visits, constituent conversations, and follow-through on every commitment I make.
- I will bring a results standard to every discussion. No initiative without a plan. No budget line without justification. No program without evidence of impact for students.
- I will never forget that every vote I cast at the board table has a child's name on it. That is not a metaphor. It is the only lens that matters.
